It all depends where you are sending money, and the type of product you are using, please check below!
Cash pick up (Senegal, Morocco, Vietnam)
⚠️ The following only applies to cash pickup product (CashPlus, Wizall, Viettel).
We cannot modify transfers but we can refund them as long as they are not yet picked up, so you can send a correct transfer again.
Please be aware that we cannot modify the provider for you, for example, if you chose to send money through Orange in Senegal we can’t switch and send it through Wizall Money.
Mobile Money countries (all except Ghana)
Unfortunately, we cannot modify transfers sent to a MM wallet but an issue with the name should not be a problem as long as the phone number is correct.
If you made a mistake with the phone number though, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do as the funds cannot be reversed. It’s important to always double-check before sending your transfer to make sure the details are accurate. Taptap Send allows editing everything until the very last step for that reason.
Mobile Money (only in Ghana)
Unfortunately, we cannot modify transfers sent to a MM wallet but an issue with the name should not be a problem as long as the phone number is correct.

Bank Transfers
We cannot modify bank transfers nor refund them, make sure all details are correct before sending.
