My transfer to a mobile money wallet failed

If your transfer to a mobile money wallet failed, you may be able to resolve the issue with the help of the recipient. Please find steps for common errors below:

  1. The recipient's mobile money wallet may be full or unable to hold your entire transfer. Please have them check their balance and wallet maximum limit – they may be able to increase their limit by visiting a mobile money agent or contacting the Mobile provider
  2. Ask the recipient to contact their Mobile Provider and make sure they have an active mobile money account and it has not been suspended
