What does it mean if there's a problem with my recipient's name?

In some cases, people's names are recorded incorrectly when they sign up for mobile money.  To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, we require a valid name from your recipient's mobile money provider before we send them a transfer.

If you received this error in the app, your recipient's name, as recorded by their mobile money provider, is invalid.  Please ask them to see a mobile money agent, present their ID, and fix the name on their account, then retry  to send your transfer.
