You can send money via Taptap Send to all banks in Malaysia, and to BigPay and TNG via DuitNow mobile wallets.

If you sent money to the wrong person or to the wrong number, what can you do?

Please always double-check every transaction detail before you send money. We make it easy for you to edit any transfer details before the final payment confirmation step.
 

Make sure you input the correct phone number. If you made a mistake with the recipient’s phone number, unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the amount will be refunded. 

 

Tips for Senders

 

Bank Transfers

  • Always select the correct bank with the IBAN or account number before sending. Your transfer may process faster if you use an IBAN.
  • You can edit the details even on the last screen.

Mobile Wallet Transfers (BigPay and TNG via DuitNow)

  • Transfers go directly to your recipient's wallet using their registered phone number
  • Delivery is typically within a few minutes
  • Maximum sending limit: MYR 10,000 per transfer
