[UAE] Why was I not able to finalise my verification on Taptap Send?

Before you can send money with us, we need to finalise your account verification.

There are several reasons that you may not be able to send money on Taptap Send. Here are some examples:

  • We weren't able to confirm your identity against government records.
  • The ID you submitted is already associated with another user.
  • We only accept Emirates ID as a valid document submission type. We don't accept passports or other document types.
  • You are under 18 years of age.
  • Your Emirates ID is expired.
