To be accepted, the document must;
- Bear a picture
- Bear a full name as registered in our system
- Be fully shown in a picture
- Be readable
- Taken in colour
Example:
Documents we cannot accept
- Any document that does not bear a photograph
- Any document that does not bear a full name as registered in our system.
- Any document that is worn, torn, scuffed, scarred or otherwise damaged in such a manner that it renders any part of the text on the ID document illegible or renders any part of the photograph as unrecognisable.
- Employee ID/badge
- Screenshots of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- A PDF format of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- Black and white picture of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- A photocopy of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- Blurry picture of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- Cropped picture of any of the acceptable forms of photo identification
- Expired documents (unless extended by the relevant authority)
