Bank account holders who you share your virtual account details with can send money to your GBP or EUR Taptap Wallet.
Can I receive my salary using these details?
Yes, Taptap Send allows you to receive your salary and/or benefits to your Taptap Wallet using your virtual account details, provided your employer also supports this.
How do I share my details?
- Open up your GBP/EUR wallet details screen by pressing the GBP/EUR tile on the home page.
- Tap the grey account details button near the top of the screen
- Tap “share”
How do I download a proof of account/ownership letter or account confirmation statement?
- Open up your GBP/EUR wallet details screen by pressing the GBP/EUR tile on the home page.
- Tap “Manage”
- Press “Proof of account details”
