Please find below some useful information to help your recipient cash out money with Nagad in Bangladesh
There are different ways your recipient can receive the money:
- Nagad Regular Account:
- Nagad is providing lowest Cash Out rate of Tk 11.48 per thousand (1000) taka (including VAT) from the Nagad Regular app. (smartphone user)
- Cash Out charge in Nagad USSD (non-smartphone user) for Regular Customer is Tk 15.00 per thousand taka (including VAT).
- Nagad Islamic Account:
- There will be a charge of Tk 15.00 per thousand (1000) taka (including VAT) from the Nagad Islamic app. (smartphone user)
- Cash Out charge in Nagad USSD (non-smartphone user) for Islamic Customer is Tk 15.00 per thousand taka (including VAT).
Instruction steps:
No identification document (ID) or any forms are required for cash out:
- Go to the nearest Nagad Uddokta point.
- Log in to their Nagad App or dial *167#, select the Cash Out option
- Scan the QR code or type in the number of the Uddokta
- Type their Cash Out Amount
- Type their PIN number which they set when they created a Nagad account (Always keep PIN a secret!)
- Confirm the transaction and the cash-out is done!
