How do I set up my account and get verified?
Getting started is quick, and verification can often be completed the same day. To verify your business, you’ll need to provide:
- Your company legal name and registration number
- Proof of address
- A few details about your business
- ID verification for all active stakeholders
What payment methods can I use to fund my transfer?
You can fund transfers in two ways:
- Free local bank transfers to your dedicated Taptap Send Business account details
- Debit card payments by linking your card and funding your wallet directly
Local bank transfers are free and typically arrive the same day.
Does Taptap Send for Businesses have a mobile app
Right now, the Business account is available only on Desktop and Mobile Web. We’re investing in tools to help you manage business expenses more effectively, and we believe the best experience for those features is on the web. Later this year, we’ll be introducing a mobile app version.
How do I receive money into my account?
Your business account includes local bank account details for receiving transfers. Share these details with customers or partners so they can pay you via a local bank transfer.
Can I link my Taptap Send account to ecommerce marketplaces?
Yes. Your business account includes a virtual IBAN (vIBAN) that can be linked to most major ecommerce marketplaces.

How do I send money internationally?
Sending money internationally takes just a few steps:
- Add a recipient using their local bank details
- Send one transfer at a time or upload/send batch payments (ideal for payroll and vendor payments)
- In most supported markets, you can send to individuals and businesses
How long does an international transfer take?
Most international transfers arrive within minutes. In December 2025, 78.1% were delivered in 59 seconds or less. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, amount, and any required checks.
What are the fees for international transfers?
Most international transfers are free. If a fee applies for a specific destination, you’ll always see it clearly before you confirm the transfer.
What currencies and countries do you support?
You can currently send business payments to:
- Pakistan (to individuals only) - businesses coming soon
- Bangladesh (to individuals only)
- India
- Turkey
- Nepal
- Philippines

How much money can I send?
Transfer limits vary by destination country and may also depend on whether you’re sending to an individual or a business. You’ll always see the available limit (and any requirements) on the transfer screen before you confirm.
