Zeepay
Please find below some useful information to help your recipient to cash out money with Zeepay in Ghana:
- Your recipient needs to have created an e-wallet with Zeepay and have registered. If that’s not the case, they will receive an SMS from Zeepay informing them and they should contact Zeepay to get more info
- If your recipient has a registered e-wallet with Zeepay, then the funds will be automatically available for cashout
- Any issue with the wallet itself needs to be addressed directly with Zeepay by contacting them at support@myzeepay.zendesk.com
