You can get three types of documents from Taptap Send: a transfer history by email, monthly wallet or card statements as a PDF, and individual transfer receipts.
How can I download my transfer history?
You can request your full transfer history by email:
- Tap your initials in the top-left corner
- Go to Personal Details
- Scroll down to Transfer History
- Tap Send
You will receive an email with a record of all your past transfers.
How can I get a monthly statement?
If you have a Taptap Send wallet or card, you can download monthly statements as a PDF:
- Tap your initials in the top-left corner
- Go to Personal Details
- Scroll down to Statements
- Tap Download
- Select the year and month you need
How do I get a receipt for a single transfer?
If you have a Taptap Send wallet or card, you can download monthly statements as a PDF:
- From the home screen, scroll down to Activity
- Tap See all transfers
- Search by your recipient's name
- Tap Download receipt
Does Taptap Send send statements automatically?
Yes. At the start of each month, you will automatically receive an email covering all your transfers from the previous month. Every January, you also receive an annual statement covering the full previous 12 months.
Can I unsubscribe from automatic statements?
You can contact Taptap Send support through the app to request this. Please note that in some cases, Taptap Send may be required by law to continue sending you certain statements.
