Please note that at this time, you can always get your full transfer history via the App at any time. Simply open the Menu, then select "Account" and "Transfer history".
How can I get a monthly statement?
At the beginning of each month you automatically receive via email a statement with a recap of all the transactions you made.
If you want to unsubscribe, please email our Support team at support@taptapsend.com.
How can I get an annual statement?
As per the monthly statement, every January you will automatically receive your full transfer history via email with the recap of all the transactions made in the 12 previous months.
How can I get the receipt of my latest transfer?
We do not offer this feature in the App yet but we are happy to assist! To obtain the receipt of your latest transfer please contact our Support team, specifying the transfer in question.

How can I obtain a list of all the transfers made to a specific recipient?
This is not a feature available directly yet but again we are happy to help! If you would like to get all the receipts or a full list of all the transfers made to a specific recipient please contact our Support team specifying the name of the recipient and the period you need.

My bank does not want to release my funds, can I obtain an official document from Taptap Send to unblock the situation?
We surely can help you with that, please send us an email at support@taptapsend.com specifying which is the transaction you need help with, and we will provide you with the correct documentation for you to forward to your bank to release the funds.
