We display specific and short guidance for you on topics that are relevant to your experience and your potential issues! 

 

We can only support existing customers when they contact us from the app.

  • By phone, most lines are opened 24/7 but this may vary by country. Exact opening hours will be displayed in the app
  • By email, we answer your request 24/7

We currently offer assistance in Arabic, Bengali, Creole, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, Twi, Urdu, Wolof.

Available languages will vary by country and you will be able to select you preferred language directly when calling us.

    • Support is available in English, Twi & Urdu 24/7
    • Support is available in Spanish, Portuguese and Creole from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm ET
