To receive money sent from abroad your recipient in Haiti needs to verify their Digicel MonCash account.
They can do so by filling in the MonCash registration form. Once completed, their Digicel MonCash account will be converted into a Digicel MonCash Plus account and they can receive money from abroad.
To fill this form, your recipient will need to provide:
- Their full legal name
- Their phone number (Digicel)
- A passport, or a national ID card (they will need to upload a photo of the document of their choice)
They may also contact MonCash and book an in-person appointment with an agent for registration.
