Why did it happen?
We are having conversations with the Bank of Ghana about our new wallet product (live in the UK and EU). They have asked us to pause transfers to Ghana while those conversations progress.
Is my money safe?
Yes, Taptap Send is fully regulated in all its jurisdictions and your funds are kept safe at all times.
If you are a Taptap Send wallet user, your funds are safe and you can withdraw them to your bank account at any time.
