Tips for the recipient
Digicel MonCash
Please find below some useful information to help your recipient receive funds with Digicel MonCash.
How your recipient can register for a Full MonCash wallet and receive their transfer
Your recipient should visit a Digicel store with a valid ID and complete the registration form provided by the store.
Once the wallet has been upgraded to a Full wallet, your recipient must consent to receive international transfers by:
- Dialling *202# then option 6 → 1 → 1
- Or through the MonCash app
What happens if your recipient does not register for a Full MonCash wallet?
If your recipient does not register within 3 days of the transfer being sent, Digicel will send them an SMS with a reference number allowing them to collect the money in cash at a Fonkoze location.
The recipient must provide:
- The reference number
- A valid ID
- Your recipient can find a list and map of Digicel MonCash stores in Haiti by clicking here.
- If your recipient needs to call Digicel MonCash with any questions they can call 111 from Digicel mobile, or (509) 37.11-DIGI or (509) 37.11.34.44 from a Non Mobile. Alternatively, they can contact them on Facebook here or Instagram here.

NatCash
Recipients must have an active NatCash account linked to their Natcom mobile number.
If international transfers are not activated on the wallet, the recipient must:
- Visit a NatCash or CAM Transfer office, or
- Dial *202# to complete activation
Unibank and Sogebank bank transfers
No action is required. Funds are deposited directly into the recipient’s bank account.
CAM Transfer cash pickup
Recipients will receive an SMS with a reference number once the transfer is available.
To collect the funds, they must visit a CAM Transfer location with:
- A valid photo ID
