The security of your account

We take the security of your account extremely seriously at Taptap Send, and we use the latest technology to protect your data and transactions.

It is also very important that *you* do your part to protect your own account and payment information. You can do this by making sure that:

  • No one else uses your account 
  • You do not share your password
  • You do not lend your account to someone else even for a short time (whether you know the person or not)
  • If someone else promises you money for using your account, let us know -- you may be a victim of a scam or fraud 

If someone close to you also needs an account, have them sign up -- it’s super easy and should only take a few minutes!

 

Also remember that:

🔒 We’ll never ask for your password or full card details: Not by phone, message, or email.

📩 If someone does, it’s a red flag. Don’t reply, report it to us right away at support@taptapsend.com.

📱 Scammers may try to reach out through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other apps. Be mindful: Always use the official Taptap Send website – Contact Us, or get in touch with us via the Support section in the Taptap Send app.

⚠️ We will never contact you proactively on WhatsApp. If someone messages you claiming to be from Taptap Send, it’s not us — do not engage.
