What shall I check?
The first thing is to read the exact status of your transfer. Very often, we will not be able to tell you a lot more than what's already displayed in the app. We try to be as precise as possible in our communications via the app.
You will receive a notification on your phone as soon as the transaction has been processed.
You can be certain that we always do our best to solve any issues affecting transfers.
Can you cancel my pending transfer?
It is also very important to note that we cannot cancel pending transfers. We understand how frustrating that can be for you but unfortunately we just cannot do it.
Please note that when transfers are pending, our Support team usually gets very busy so we thank you for your patience if you are trying to contact us. Keep in mind that our Support team will not be able to tell you much more than what you already see in the app, but of course we are always happy to help if you need assistance!
