When a transfer cannot be delivered immediately, we are always on top of it and contacting our local partner to make sure the issue is fixed as soon as possible. We follow-up with them all the time. We are absolutely aware how the transfers are extremely important for your recipients and we are always doing our maximum to fix the issue. What shall I check?
The first thing is to read the exact status of your transfer. Very often, we will not be able to tell you a lot more than what's already displayed in the app. We try to be as precise as possible in our communications via the app.
You will receive a notification on your phone as soon as the transaction has been processed.
Once again, you can be certain that we always do our best to solve any issues affecting transfers.
Can you cancel my pending transfer?
It is also very important to note that we cannot cancel pending transfers. We understand how frustrating that can be for you but unfortunately this is not an option.
