It all depends where you are sending money, please check below! Please note that sometimes we can edit the name of the recipient but that we can never update the amount sent!
Cash pick up countries (Senegal, Guinea and Mali)
We are happy to make any change to your recipient’s details if you sent with Wari and if the transfer is not yet picked up.
Just send us an email at support@taptapsend.com from the address you registered an account with and our team will help you. Make sure we can identify the transfer we need to update and what exact change is required.
Note: if you made a mistake with Wizall, we cannot modify the transfer directly but we can cancel it so you can resend to the correct person. Again, email us with precise information, and we will be happy to assist.
One last reminder - please be aware that we cannot modify the provider for you, for example, if you chose to send money through Wari in Senegal we can’t switch and send it through Wizall Money.
We can cancel any transfer that has not been picked up yet so you can start again the operation of course!
Mobile Money countries (Ghana)
Unfortunately we cannot modify transfers sent to a MM wallet but an issue with the name should not be a problem as long as the phone number is correct.
If you made a mistake with the phone number though, please get in touch so we can review the situation with you.
Mobile Money countries (CIV, Cameroon, Bangladesh, Madagascar)
Unfortunately we cannot modify transfers sent to a MM wallet but an issue with the name should not be a problem as long as the phone number is correct.
If you made a mistake with the phone number though, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do as the funds cannot be reversed. It’s important to always double check before sending your transfer to make sure the details are accurate. Taptap Send allows editing everything until the very last step for that reason.
