How do referrals work?

You can refer friends to Taptap Send using your unique referral code and earn bonus credit!

How it works:

1. Find your referral code by opening the menu in the top left corner. Then, click “Invite Friends” to share with your friends through text, WhatsApp, or by copying and pasting. Friends must not have previously registered with Taptap Send (minimum transfer may apply).
2. Your friend receives £5/€5/$10/10AED* added to their first transfer by adding your referral code.
3. You receive £5/€5/$10/15AED* bonus credit after your friend makes their first transfer to someone other than you.

Can I refer multiple friends?

Yes! You’ll earn bonus credit for each friend you refer and who makes a successful transfer.

I’ve referred a friend - how do I redeem my bonus?

You should receive a text message when a friend makes their first transfer, and your bonus will automatically be applied to your next transfer. To verify that you have bonus credit, you can click the menu icon in the top left and choose “Payment Methods”. This page displays your total bonus balance. On the next transfer, you will receive your bonus balance on top of your transfer amount for free - no matter how large the transfer is.
