We understand that you may have encountered some difficulties while attempting to connect your bank account (Emirates NBD X) for money transfers through Taptap Send.
As this step is mandatory to send money, please see the step-by-step instructions below for assistance.
1- Upon opening the app, you will see a prompt banner at the top of the screen. Tap on the "Connect Bank Account" option.
2- Select your bank from the list: Emirates NBD X.
3- Enter your Username and password associated with your bank account. This information is securely encrypted and will not be accessible to Taptap Send or any unauthorized parties.
4- Accept notification from your ENBD X app and approve Taptap Send as a beneficiary in the ENBD X app. Go back to the Taptap Send app once approved.
Taptap Send will then be added as a beneficiary to your bank account and you will be able to initiate payments instantly!
We want to emphasize that the entire process is designed to maintain your privacy and security. Taptap Send does not have access to your bank account at any point during this process.
