We understand that you may have encountered some difficulties while attempting to connect your bank account (Commercial Bank of Dubai) for money transfers through Taptap Send.
As this step is mandatory to send money, please see the step-by-step instructions below for assistance.
1- Upon opening the app, you will see a prompt banner at the top of the screen. Tap on the "Connect Bank Account" option.
2- Select your bank from the list: Commercial Bank of Dubai.
3- Enter your User ID and password associated with your bank account. This information is securely encrypted and will not be accessible to Taptap Send or any unauthorized parties.
4- Enter the four digit pin for your card.
5- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your device. Check your Messages or SMS app and enter the first code (OTP) you received on the Taptap Send app. This is to confirm your login/connection to the bank
Taptap Send will then be added as a beneficiary to your bank account and you will be able to initiate payments instantly!
We want to emphasize that the entire process is designed to maintain your privacy and security. Taptap Send does not have access to your bank account at any point during this process.
